How OPD Works
good communication is key to any relationship.
The timeline from step 1 to step 5 can be as little as a day to a few weeks depending on the complexity of your project.
It begins with the ‘Project Quote Request Form’. The first step in helping bring your vision from concept to phenomenal is asking questions. the ‘Project Quote Request Form’ is designed per project type. Once you’ve located the Project Quote Request for your specific project you simply fill it out and push the button ‘Request Quote’.
From there OPD will review the form and setup the free one-on-one consultation to ensure that I completely understand your project. The consultation usually takes from 30 min to 1 hour depending on the complexity of the project.
After the consultation you will by email your quote. You will then have 72 hours to accept or reject the proposal.
If you reject the proposal you can email OPD with what you’d like changed and the process starts again. If you do not contact OPD again no other contact will be made regarding your project quote request.
If you’ve accepted the proposal,
- Upon your acceptance of the proposal we move to step 2 phase of the project.
The Design Agreement
Once you’ve accepted the project proposal via email, OPD will send you via email ‘The Design Agreement’. This will outline everything you need to know about the terms and conditions, expectations, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and anything else that pertains to producing your project needs.
If there are any changes to be made you as the client will need to have them made prior to accepting and signing ‘The Design Agreement’.
‘The Design Agreement’ will be the working contract that will be used as the bases for your project.
Once ‘The Design Agreement’ is accepted, signed, and returned via email your project will move to step 3.
Preliminary Works- Design
The Preliminary Works phase of the project is when All deposits or initial payment of membership are paid. Payment must be made prior to starting the Preliminary Works. If you would still like to continue with the project but do not have the funds, contact to me via email by the 8th day of the Preliminary Works phase to make arrangements to have your project put on hold. If no contact is made on the 9th day your project will be cancelled with no further notice.
Projects are only put on hold for 10 days after the 8th day. If partial payment has been made the project will still only be held on hold for 10 days after the 8th day of the Preliminary Works phase. If the full deposit or initial membership fee are not paid by the 10th day of the hold the project will be cancelled. If the project is cancelled the partial payment is forfeited.
Upon receiving your full deposit or initial payment of membership the framework/blueprint of the project is created. We send via email the framework/blueprint of the project for your approval.
Once this step is complete, the project advances to step 4.
Once you have approved the Preliminary Works, we begin to bring your project to life, this is where the fun and excitement begins.
We design your project with all the elements it takes to bring your vision from concept to phenomenal. At this stage of the design process the payment of any outstanding balances are paid, customizations and graphics are made, bells and whistles are added.
This process takes an estimated 2-4 weeks. Once this phase in the design process is complete, we move to the Final-Launch/Final-Design phase of the design process.
Final Launch / Final Design
Once you have approved the Pre-Launch/ Pre-Design and all outstanding balances are paid your project is fine tuned and delivered and the Phenomenal is born.
All timeframes will vary if the client delays in returning items needed for the project when requested.
